“Pessimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo. Prezzi da 5 stelle con camere e servizi da 1 stella (ma peggio di un motel dove almeno trovi la colazione inclusa). Struttura vecchia, quasi fatiscente. No ascensore per le camere che non sono al piano terreno (difficolta' per i bagagli). Nel secondo giorno di permanenza (rientrati a tarda sera con la brutta sorpresa che nessuno avesse rifatto la camera). Sconsigliato”

“The room had a funky odor to it. I really didn’t like having the sink OUTSIDE the washroom. Gross to leave those kinds of germs on the door handle YUCK. Had a strange bordering on rude interaction with the front desk lady chastising me for not knowing my room by heart “HOW ARE YOU GOING TO FIND IT THEN?”. She then made a snarky comment about my last name. I decided to book elsewhere for the next night after this. Middle aged lady at 9 pm. Do better.”

“Honestly the staff was great. I called last minute to discuss a late check in and the front desk people fixed some booking stuff I didn’t think about changing because of a mistake I made and they fixed it and made it so easy. They were really kind. The rooms were spacious and clean. It was a great stay. ”

“ Hotel is charming and every detail is well thought out. Love this hotel for the cozy feel and the great location. Beds super comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. Only downside to this stay was clothes left being in drawers, trash found in trash can when we check in and soiled bathroom door that hadn’t been wiped. ”
